Architect and craftsman specialising in earthen construction, Emmanuel Dorsaz has developed a practice combining architectural design and hands-on construction.

His work has taken him across Switzerland and abroad, contributing to projects that bring together natural materials, local craftsmanship and participatory construction.

This hands-on experience now informs AMAR, an architectural practice attentive to available resources, the qualities of materials and the particular character of each place.
